I know that we're supposed to drool over attacking flowing football, but I really enjoyed watching those 2 giant Plymouth centre-backs defending as though their lives depended on it. They were both immense.

Watched it since 50 mins.

Must have been a bad injury in that 45-50 range to get those 9 mins at the end. Other possibility, that they try to stack the desck, feels likelier.

Well done Plymouth.

9 mins = 20% of the second half
Ridiculous

Nothing better for me than blood and guts, bodies on the line defending. They really were - well done to Plymouth!

Absolutely correct. The amount of time the ball isn't in play in most games is absolutely ridiculous. If they actually stuck to this it might stop the constant slowing down of play, faking injuries and time wasting.

Were those minutes because of subs, I don’t know what the minutes allocation is for each substitute.

Anyone?

Yellow card for Plymouth man when he got the ball easily
Looked like a good tackle to me too and certainly no card. I only tuned in for the last few minutes (having watched the rugby) but hopefully that wasn't the standard of reffing throughout.

Further evidence of how great our performance / result was beating them 5-0 on their own patch.

One of Plymouth's players went down a couple of times before being subbed but it wasn't that long.

The Plymouth defence has been considerably strengthened by the signing of centre backs Talovierov and Tadic, who both joined Plymouth following that defeat, and were immense for them this afternoon.

Queen's Park concede a pen 90+5 when leading 1-0 at Ibrox.

Yes, it would be fine if they stuck to this interpretation for everybody instead of just for Liverpool.

I've watched the last 10 minutes of that. Incredibly soft penalty but a great save by the Queens Park keeper Ferrie. Another great save from the corner to tip it over the bar too. Game of his life that lad.

Rangers dumped out. Loud boos at the final whistle. Clement isn't popular.

not really, liverpool made ten changes which proves they couldnt care less, otherwise they wouldve wiped the floor with them.
our performance was great, but the fans are being sold short with fa cup games . unfair on travelling supporters from liverpool today,

Looking like the only ones of the “big six” left in the last 16 will be from Manchester, and both of those ragged it through.

I’d argue that Man Utd are no longer considered as part of the “big six”. :)

We've never played Preston in the FA Cup I believe, so it'd be nice to be part of history.

Preferably at home though!

Spurs can't defend for toffee.
Ange needs to watch us and learn how it's done.
Only half a team willing to put the yards in.
And they wonder why they are in the bottom six.

The league leaders in the PL, Championship, League One all knocked out of the FA Cup in the 4th Round. Anyone would think they had bigger fish to fry ;)

Villa and Newcastle both miles ahead of Man U, and at present I'd fancy us more against City than those two (or Forest if they get through)

Andreas Houtondji bagged his first goal today for Standard Liege in a 4-2 loss against Lyle Foster's old club, Westerlo.
