When I first heard the name I just assumed it was one of their mates! (bit racist of me)
The BBC article about his appointment shows Ashvir Singh Johal has got experience as an assistant at least, with roles Como, Wigan and Leicester on his CV. Still, the step up into being the main boss is something not everyone can do.

Not surprised Adams has gone. Don’t think he was massively popular with their fans. In fact, very few people seem to like him.
