Re: Season Tickets
I control my lads season ticket. I’m guessing I’ll be able to screenshot the ticket and send it to him?

As addressed in the same conversation in March, there is a backup system in placedsr wrote: ↑Tue Jul 29, 2025 12:35 pmI just get fed up of businesses that have the attitude "they are our customers, they must do what they are told".
We already have a perfectly adequate backup system for people who don't want or haven't got smartphones. We don't need a new solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

Re: Season Tickets
So, to save me reading the whole thread, are we getting new season ticket cards for the new season or not?

Re: Season Tickets
That's clear then

Re: Season Tickets
If they want to bring in digital tickets then be open and transparent about it, tell people before they renew, offer £5 off the price of the season ticket for going digital, that way those that still want a physical card can have one.
Re: Season Tickets
Season ticket cards were dispatched yesterday apparently.

Re: Season Tickets
But when (if) we get them, we can't use them for the first three home games?

Re: Season Tickets
Can I chuck in The Bob Lord Stand ?
What is happening with it ?
On the issue of obtaining paper tickets from the ticket office - assume
that refers to a personal visit (as opposed to posting it). If you're not local
then you will be queuing, most often outside, on matchday along with others
in the same boat and, of course, the walk-ons collecting their tickets.
I'm OK with new technology and have no problem with etickets and other
such she-ite. However I attend with one of my mates who is struggling and who is undergoing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I know he will need help, each week, with his ticket.
That's fine as long as I'm around to help, but If I can't make it then he will struggle.
