I did the same and haven't received my paper ticket either.
I have just rang the ticket office and been advised that paper tickets were never an option for this game, despite the website offering that choice and charging £1.50 for the privilege.
I have now been sent a digital ticket and promised a refund of £1.50.
I can't remember the last time I had a trouble free transaction when purchasing tickets.

Just spoke to TO as I’m in South Manchester and leaving after lunch and no ticket arrived. The guy on the phone said my ticket is still in the TO and hasn’t been posted.
So I now have to call into TO and collect my ticket which is no big deal but what a shambles.
I’ll be asking for my £1.50 postage back then!!

Is this the second round or the final? I've been down this morning and had to queue for over half an hour for my ticket.

U12's tickets are available now.
I’ve just called them and had £5 credited to my account for future purchases

If you purchase a second ticket for someone who doesn't have a smartphone, would you just have to pass your phone back through the turnstile after the first person has gone in?

Is it still possible to buy tickets?
Thinking of going straight there after I've finished work but not sure if that sort of last minute decision making is allowed these days

I’d assume so. I got the tickets emailed to me straight away when I ordered them

I stood next to the turnstile and scanned the people in. Bit of an awkward squeeze.
