Re: Loyalty Points
And I’ve had an email from the Ticket Office informing that loyalty points have not yet been added for the Liverpool and Leeds (U21) games, but that these would be added shortly.
Yesterday many did get credited for the Liverpool game, including my mate who has the next seat to me in the Bob Lord Stand. Maybe I’ll receive mine today when the manual process continues.

Re: Loyalty Points
Beyond my understanding but if you pay more and go in hospitality you don’t get the points.BleedingClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 25, 2025 9:22 pmI got Liverpool and Forest added. But not Cardiff
I went in the Jimmy Mac hospitality and had the QR scanned at the reception, so would expect to get the points?
Not very hospitable if not
Re: Loyalty Points
Possibly on the basis that many people in hospitality won't be ST holders? But for the ones who are ST holders, probably they don't use their ST to gain entry.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Sep 26, 2025 2:41 pmBeyond my understanding but if you pay more and go in hospitality you don’t get the points.

Re: Loyalty Points
Surely if it’s a cup game it’s no different whichever stand you go in
Most likely it’s not registering the Clarets number that it’s booked on, partly because you don’t need one to go in there, as we know.
Seems a bit odd though, encouraged to pay more but lose out on your loyalty points.
Re: Loyalty Points
Still haven't had any point added for attending matches, sat in the Cricket field. Do I need to contact the club or are they already aware and sorting?
