In fact on closer inspection you can see that the gap is big enough for a horse to be grazing there.

i didn't use magnetic lasso. paint.net either doesn't have one or doesn't make it easy to find.

A lasso is the best way to isolate a horse, be that in photoshop or on the paddock.

these panels are largely pointless anyway as its not a majority verdict, they have to be unanimous for any action to be taken.
