Good that we've kept a clean sheer
Yes that's at least something to build on, Hennessey deserved his clean sheet on his competitive Burnley debut.

And if this had been a PL game we'd regard it as a decent point, but alas it's not.

Still we need to start somewhere I suppose, and despite it being in the cup a clean sheet has to be welcomed, however we do need to offer much more offensively in games, that's now 268 minutes without a goal, and there's no apparent sign of our goal drought ending soon on that 90 minutes.

Goal drought continues whilst much-changed teams for Norwich, Brighton and Southampton seemed to have no trouble in finding the back of the net whilst progressing in this competition.

Without reinforcements it would be no surprise to see us being the lowest scoring team in the PL this season.

Nice knowing we have two great keepers again , after having Heaton & Pope in same squad. Apparently Hennessy had a great game

Hennessey already paying back his salary - great signing for us. It might not improve our first eleven, but after the horrors of Pope’s injury last season it’s a real plus having someone so reliable in the squad.

3 penalty shoot-outs in a row we've won now, Sheff Utd (LC), MK Dons (FA Cup) & tonight.

And if memory serves me correctly 3 different keepers in our nets, BPF, Norris, Hennessey.

Bournemouth were also much changed, and dreadful. Southampton have played Newport, and even Cardiff put out a weakened team.

I'm sorry, but I can't help but wonder if you just can't resist a dig at the club.
