Think you got mistaken McNeil plays on the right.

Does Saint-Maximin remind you of the school yard kid who, when receiving the ball, always wants to show you one of his tricks?

How much do they say Declan Rice is worth, £2.59?
Re: Today's Football 12-9-20
A packet of Uncle Bens Rice is worth more !

It's a good job there aren't any fans in the ground or there might be another pitch invasion, West Ham are appalling.

Westwood is at least as good as Rice, I just don't get how he is supposed to be an England player.

Re: Today's Football 12-9-20
Great goal, and an assist, if only we could have kept him.
At least the Geordies who were underwhelmed by his signing now know they got a good one.

That doesn’t exactly fill me with glee. We could have done with him staying.

I definitely wanted him to stay.
He played well in our system. Never understood the crap he got from some on here.

You’re right, don’t know why I thought he was right footedclaretandy wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 9:36 pmRitchie is left footed, often played left back or left wing back last season.

West Ham poor and looks like a continuation of last season. Glad I put a bet on last week for them to get relegated.

Re: Today's Football 12-9-20
Good debut for Jeff, a goal and an assist, you can definitely say he impacted on the match.
I was one of those who would have liked to have kept him, he was invaluable to us, mainly due to his versatility, but he choose to pursue a different path, so we need to move on.

I think they are looking to move Ritchie ondermotdermot wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 8:26 pmIf Hendrick is playing out wide for Newcastle, he probably won’t get as much game time as he did here. Aren’t both Fraser and Ritchie right wingers?

Did you really think they were poor? I didn't think they were anywhere near that good.

Even if they up their game twofold, I can't see it either.Vino blanco wrote: ↑Sat Sep 12, 2020 10:28 pmJust seen West Ham's next six games. Jesus, I can't see them getting one point from them!
That was a genuine shocker from them tonight.
Doesn't look a happy place to be just now. Tarks take note...

Just watched MOtD and think Leeds looked impressive but more so Newcastle with their new player Jeff Hendrick, where did they get him from?

Unbeaten.
No goals conceded.
Top half position.
Fab start.

Also wins for Accy & Fleetwood.

5 pages and nobody mentioned that Man Utd played Villa, looks like they really needed that extra rest after all.

A pre-season friendly is not a competitive game. Are you suggesting that Man Utd’s players should all be sat at home with their feet up until next weekend?firstclaret wrote: ↑Sun Sep 13, 2020 11:16 am5 pages and nobody mentioned that Man Utd played Villa, looks like they really needed that extra rest after all.

Game should have gone ahead, most Man Utd players played international fixtures last weekend.

0-0 at Spurs nearing HT, a clean sheet so far for Keane and Pickford, the latter is playing well it has to be said.
