Freak result for Bayern yesterday. 2-0 up, they got a red card and then lost 3-2 to Bochum, who are just above the relegation zone.

My father in-law went across for the game and sent me these pictures. Incredible support.
Bochum pumped them at home a couple of years ago too. As a Bochum fan it was lovely to get one over on dolphin head. That's 1 defeat in the last 4 and within touching distance of 4th bottom with 2 of the bottom 4 still to play, a situation that seemed remote to say the least at the middle of December

If Kompany does the unthinkable and wins the Bundesliga / Champions League double will that make him the greatest manager to ever have managed Burnley FC?
Not sure we will have to worry about that.

Just watched Kompany give his pre match press interview in fluent German.

He’s arrogant, that’s not an attribute to have when you’re new to the role.

Arrogant? Or just extremely self-confident?

Arrogant. New manager in a new league. A league he knows very well. Inexplicable tactical approach.

Arrogance.

Bad defeat tonight after equalising late on. Inter & Inzaghi are no mugs. Will be tough to claw that back against them at San Siro.
