High praise on Sky Sports how we could be the team to run away with it and are the best team.
I honestly think we won't "run away with it" and tbf we've had every chance to already be running away with it, but defensively we're simply not tight enough and we let too many goals in, especially when we only allow the opposition about 25%of the possession. Tonight was excellent defensively and when their one great chance to spoil things did come we were equal to it , but we need to do it more often.

Aye cheer up you miserable blighters top of the league so we must be doing something right.

Small margins but pleasing to nick a game late on for a change instead of dropping points in the final 10 minutes.

4 wins in our last 5 so now we're starting to turn the draws into victories which makes a huge difference.

Tell you what I loved to see as the half time whistle blew, everyone one of our players sprinting off. As if to say to opposition players who trudge off after we move them about for 45 mins...look at all the energy we still have in the tank

I cant help think its a little motivational and mind game Kompany is getting the players to carry out

They’re the games that get you promoted, more than the 5-1 or 4-0 wallopings and the champagne football.

I like to think it’s a rule of his, everyone must be sat when he arrives in the dressing room, and I think that’s how it should be.
Completely agree about the mind games

Crowd less than 15,000?
Really good win and a bit more luck.and composure and we would have had it stitched up after half an hour.

A great hard fought win, the margin of victory should not over shadow the absolute mauling Norwich received in that first half hour exemplified by Max Aarons getting taken to the cleaners by Zaroury.

Deserved it, bu have deserved it t so many times this season without getting the win. Brilliant to actually get what we clearly deserved, but we have to turn possession and superiority into goals far, far more than we do.
Despite being leading scorers in the division.

I’ve said for a while now I actually do think we will run away with it. There is simply no one to touch us in this league. We are streets ahead of most. Can’t comment too much on QPR as I’ve not seen them but we are simply getting better and better and with Westwood and the Invisible Man to come into the team (plus the Jan window) things have not been more enjoyable since…since…well the last time we were in this division (or maybe 7th in the PL). 😊

Loved the substitutions to see out the game 👍
Can’t agree. I can understand why he did it, but we dominated that game pretty much from start to finish, but by going defensive we handed them the initiative for the last 10 minutes. If Pukki had put that chance away, as he would 8 out of 10 times, we’d be cursing another 2 dropped points.
