Well played India. Never lost a game the whole tournament.
I agree, but in all fairness, they’ve had prior knowledge of every game and every pitch and they’ve been able to select their bowlers (when to add a few extra spinners) accordingly. That has to change prior to the next tournament. No team should be given such an advantage.

The team that chooses their group, schedules game times for their nation even though they aren’t hosting it, choose their own knockout game date and time wins it. I’m so shocked. Cricket can’t be taken seriously till it’s not fully dominated by India.

I’m still trying to get my head round how they won that in the end or more how SA lost it

I think that amazing catch made all the difference and changed the game.On the other hand you could be right in SA blew it.

I was always told that catches win matches - usually after I’d put one down 😅😅

England had prior knowledge of every game apart from the semi-final. As a guide, what changes would you think England would have made to the squad if they had known for certain that the semi-final would be in Guyana? Or conversely, what changes would India have been forced into if they had thought there was a 50-50 chance of their semi-final being in Antigua?
