We're in a strange place with our attacking options at the moment. I don't think we can continue to carry two players, in Foster and Flemming, who have no goal threat, particularly at the Turf. I haven't looked at the stats but I suspect at least one of them has played in every home game this season and we have one goal to show for it. It's simply not good enough and Flemming should be left out for me, and Foster put through the middle. However, Foster actually looks a threat out wide, so what do you do?!

Foster was much better last night on the whole, but at around the 60 minute mark I was waiting for him to be subbed as he was offering very little. He then had a very productive 15-20 minute spell. It was good to see his stamina and powerful running so late in the game. It was a topsy turvy game for him though, his hold up play was very hit and miss and he missed an absolute sitter which on another night could have cost us the points. Some of our best stuff in the second half came through him though and he was generally posed our biggest threat as the game drew to a close.

More like it from Lyle, but it's hard to imagine he'll be keeping his place in the team for long with Edwards waiting in the wings.

Didn't think I'd be saying this but I'd play Barnes. He's no slower than Fleming, much more of a nuisance, holds the ball up better and wins more free kicks.

I think their goal threat is probably pretty similar as well
