Forget the names, I just want to know what type of plane he is flying in then I can fire up flightradar24.com and watch as it diverts to Humberside regional airport.

Hate myself but I came to a similar conclusion as Saxo just through working backward.
Had a look at EPL teams to see who had a surplus of strikers and Leicester stood out with 5, none of which are youth/development prospects.
Of them all Ulloa looks very surplus to requirements, 5th choice now and wanted away in January in search of regular starts (though now saying he wants to stay).
A couple things against him though,. Firstly language, don't know how Ulloa's English is Dyche seems to like an English speaking side, makes sense when he's always on about communication and team spirit. Secondly press reports he threatened to strike that Jan which isn't very Dyche like...

The way I read it was he felt betrayed by Ranieri because he wouldn't let him leave to seek first team football when an offer came in from Sunderland.ClaretTony wrote:He wanted out because of Ranieri.
“I feel betrayed by Ranieri and let down by the club. I will not play again for them...The manager’s been telling me for the last two weeks that if an offer of around £4m to £5m was arriving to the club, he would help me to leave.
“I can’t understand the situation or why they don’t let me continue playing my football somewhere else. If I stay at the club it’s going to affect seriously my career and my future. They know I’m not going to be used. The best thing for both parties is that they sell me to another club and I can continue playing my football somewhere else.”

I think we need someone with a bit more pace than Leonardo Ulloa or his Leicester compatriot Islam Slimani.

Re: New striker incoming
I'm not sure that we need another off the shoulder goal hanger to replace Gray. To me he always seemed like a bit of a two trick pony, pace and finishing. I've seen a lot of comments about the 9 goals he scored last season, but nothing about his meagre 3 assists and multiple off-sides.
We have a pair of quality players in the form of our target men Vokesy and Barnes. It could be a good idea to bring in strikers that will play to their strengths, making them even more effective up front. Forwards that are a little more rounded in terms of both creating and scoring goals with the necessary requirement of pace. Players that can provide quality link up play with the midfield and contribute in other forward positions - as well as fulfilling the role of primary or support strikers.
People always seem to get caught up the need for a single stand out 20+ goal striker, but if we stop and consider a more Money Ball approach we could work towards additions that will increase our chances created and the goals scored throughout the team. Leaving us with a need for a player that could be expected to score less than the golden boot figure of 20+ but create more chances. Almost every goal begins with an assist after all.
Going into this season we seem to be all about flexibility and strength in depth. I don't see why we can't apply the same requirement model to the pursuit of any forwards we might be looking to bring in. Players that can create and score are never cheap, but I suspect Lucas Perez and Diego Rolan are within our means in terms of transfer fees (although their wage demands are anyone's guess).
Both of those players could do well for us as strikers and they could also perform admirably on one or both wings. Lucas Vazquez is generally viewed as a winger, but he could be another one for us to consider. I would also add Sam Larsson into the mix as a winger that could work out well in a more central role. It might be amusing to bring in the most expensive of those four ,Perez and Vasquez, simply to witness the effect it could have on the demeanour of Rafa at Newcastle.
Other notable names that seem to be doing the rounds in our price range for a more conventional striker are Vincent Aboubakar, Luuk De Jong and Khouma Babacar. Another potential creator that has appeared amongst the many rumours is Gaetan Laborde, but prising him away from his home town club could be difficult.

Sky have made us favourites to sign Ings. Probably putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5.

Massive gamble for anyone to sign Ings now. Personally I wouldn't like to see us be the ones taking the risk.

Times (Gary Jacob) this morning:
"Burnley are interested in signing Chris Wood from Leeds United as Gray’s replacement. Wood has also been linked with a move to Brighton & Hove Albion. Burnley have also considered Nahki Wells but are less likely to pursue the Huddersfield Town forward."
Danny Ings on loan and proving that he is back to full fitness will be great.

Two players right there that are nowhere near good enough for this league. Either would be shockingly poor signings and massive backwards steps on even Gray.Paul Waine wrote:Times (Gary Jacob) this morning:

Hmm an upgrade...
Can't see us signing Ulloa unless Dyche intends having 4 plan A's.
Shane Long may be an upgrade but his age...nah don't think so.
Duvata doesn't really have a better record than Gray so not sure he's an upgrade..already linked though.
Giovinco almost earns as much as Neymar in the states.
Bony would be a good bet.
I'm taking a gamble on ings or maybe King/Afobe from Bournemouth.

By the sound of the names being linked not so much an upgrade as getting somebody in to fulfil the striker role.

re Woods, suggest you write a letter to The Times - I'm just showing you what is in that paper this morning.
Danny Ings, when he was fit he was "good enough" for Premier League. Of course, it's all about seeing if he can regain his match fitness.

I'd be amazed if we end up with anyone other than Shane Long, would seem to be a perfect fit, 30 something, etc.

Chris Wood is a good player but if we go into the season with a strike force of Vokes / Barnes / Wood / Walters we'll be simultaneously the most direct, one dimensional team in the history of football and the easiest team to defend against in the country.

Woods, Long, Wells - any of these would be terrible but Woods tops the list because of the ridiculous prices being quoted for him. He might, at a push, be an upgrade on Vokes,if that's what we were looking for.

Re: New striker incoming
The OP suggests the mystery target could well score 15-20 goals for us this season. As this would basically put him on a par with the very best in the Premier League (Ibrahimovic, Aguero & Costa scored 17, 20 & 20 last year), I think we can take his excitement with a pinch of salt.
