Re Sunderland tickets I rang the TO this morning. My season ticket hasn’t arrived because they managed to re-instate on to the web site my previous address in Suffolk. Furthermore it would not save any updated changes and amendments so I called them up. They said they will send me a new ST to the correct address.
If you have moved address in the last five years you need to check the address they have on your account as the switch back to my old address only happened very recently, probably only a few days ago.
When I asked about my Sunderland ticket they said that some have been sent out and some haven’t! Someone would have to look in the box to see if it was still there. As it happens a mate is going to pop along and collect so I saved them the bother.
Chances are if you didn’t receive your season ticket by post you may not get your Sunderland ticket either. If it doesn’t arrive they offered to print and presumably send a new one. Of course you can’t tell it hasn’t arrived and where it has gone if it has been sent.
If you are collecting your season ticket tomorrow and you have ordered a Sunderland ticket probably best to check at the same time.
Or call on Monday after they have all had a day off in the Ticket office.
