Genuinely think we could have sold over 5k for this one. Best stadium in the country possibly and one we've hardly played at, first game of the season, summers day in London. It takes a special kind of stupid to not realise we needed the bigger allocation.

They very often haven't historically going back over the last decade or so.

Others will have a better idea than me whether or not that's generally been the correct decision.

A good indicator as to whether or not taking a reduced allocation has been, is how quickly they sell out. 1 and a bit days would say it's not been the best decision

No I have not searched even one of your comments actually. I'm just going off the observation I've made from seeing your posts on here. As soon as someone says anything damming against the club , you are there, defending the club.

I was told each ticket will be sent to the email addresses of the person who's Clarets Number it was attached to... Fair enough, so I asked them what email address they have for my son... They riddled me off the supposed email address... The problem is, he doesn't have an email address, he's 10. I’ve had to go down to the TO this morning just to make sure of the same issue and they can allocate your son into your email address so they both come to you

In the past, the email with the electronic ticket links has always gone to the lead customer, the one who ordered and paid for the tickets. I'd be surprised if this changes?

It has changed. Lazio tickets have been sent out to each individual. No idea why the change, as usual no communication from the club. When you have older people as part of your group without smart phones and no computers it makes it even more difficult. It is needless. I don’t see why we can’t just login and download all tickets one has bought off the ticket site including for friends and family.

Bearing in mind that you have only been here for 12 months or so....(in your current guise anyway).. and made over 2,000 posts I doubt very much that anyone would bother to go right back to day 1 to search through them.

So that’s 2 things noticed so far that have changed from buying tickets that differs from last season to this… date of births have to be on clarets accounts or you’re unable to purchase online and tickets will be sent to individual email addresses… What communication did we receive from the club in advance of these changes?

When we first got digital away tickets in the second half of 2023/24 they were going to each individual but last season they sent them to the lead. Someone on here said they were reverting. I ordered five Lazio tickets and received three of them immediately. I have never received the other two but learned last night they have just been sent to the two people who the tickets were for.

That's what I would have done first if I had wanted a ticket and missed out due to the club not taking the full allocation.
