I knew they would win.
I hope the fans excitement of the win is not dissipated by that awful wait for a train from outside the ground. It’s like a wartime evacuation.

I stayed to clap the heroes. Walked to station. Joined queue short of the platform, so not confident of seat. Train arrived in 2 mins and I got on easily with seat!

Not the usual, at all.

Perhaps it was because half the stadium was empty by the final whistle!
