If it isn't:
Pickford Walker Stones Guehi Trippier Rice TAA Bellingham Foden Saka Kane
I'll be amazed
Me too but it isn't officially announced yet so how can anyone say the starting 11 selected is brilliant?
Which it isn't anyway as Trippier is an awful left back, Guehi isn't international standard and Trent is a very poor midfielder

Which part is incorrect? Your quick to throw it out there how little everybody but yourself knows about the game without offering anything on the subject your debating.

Guehi will get ripped apart by decent teams.
I'd say Rooney, Keane and many others know more about football than you who all agree Trent shouldn't play there, fine against smaller nations but Trent against a top national team? Doesn't bare thinking about.
Next you'll tell me Trippier is a world class left back.

Real Madrid will batter Burnley. So what. Some teams have better players. Some teams have shitter players.

There are 6 groups
Top 3 in each group qualify
18 teams qualify
Then it goes to a Knockout of last 16
What happens to the 2 teams that are not in the last 16
Anyone please explain

They showed it earlier. They said 2 x 6 which is 12 and then 4 teams who finish 3rd making it 16.

It first goes to points in head-to-head matches between the tied teams.
Eventually it goes to the european qualifiers rankings.

Dan Burn, Mitchell, Lewis, Henry, Gomez, Livramento even Doughty are better options at left back than Trippier(not saying there better players but definitely better at left back)
Midfield three should be Rice with Bellingham and Foden in front.
Tomori, Gomez, Branthwaite all better at centre back than Guehi.

Surely, with Southgate’s penchant for playing right backs (regardless of position) all Maddison, Branthwaite and Grealish needed to do was inform him that RB was now their preferred position?
Easily into the squad and starting lineup.

Wharton and Mainoo the form players at the end of the season so fully makes sense to drop them for an out of position Trent, who is comedic defensively.
Does allow Safegate to drop to a back 5 once we’re one up though.
We’ll see, anyway.

Quite a contradiction there. Do you think playing TAA is the safe and defensive option?

Eh? We're not playing France. He's gone more attacking and rightly so. The correct decision.
