Careful, Boss Hogg doesn't actually say whether or not he predicted the two results correctly though does he; but on a generous presumption that he did in fact get them right, given that it was only those two that he mentions, should we assume that he's predicted the result wrongly for the previous 36 games? :D

He is, but not improving the first 11 is slowly killing us.

Improve the first 11 with 1 or 2 a season and that in turn improves the squad.
Not doing that for 3 or 4 windows, creates match days squads like we have seen today and many times this season.
