All away info is on the fixture list of this site, Sunderland not added yet though.claretspice wrote:Apart from Liverpool, City, Boro and Everton, has anyone else filled the away end this season? Not sure if Sunderland did
But Arsenal sold out if we base it on 2400.

Of the remaining fixtures, Southampton certainly won't.
That leaves West Brom, West Ham, Spurs, Man U, Leicester, Stoke & Chelsea.
Will Stoke, Leicester & West Brom?
Edit: And are we likely to sell out in those games (depending on how we are doing) due to them not being attractive fixtures?

I'll play devil's advocate as I'm sure Tony will have these prices imprinted in his head.ClaretTony wrote:I was asking a straight question as to whether anyone knows when they actually went up in price - not in terms of price per game which will obviously go up in the Premier League. It wasn't a loaded question, just a straight question because I've no idea.
My Bob Lord season ticket cost me in:
2009-10 £396
2010-11 £426
2013-14 £455
I think that they are all early bird prices and the £455 is what I paid for this season.
Pretty sure it went up from £426 to £455 after the 2010/11 season but may be wrong.

All those teams - except probably Southampton, will bring more than Watford, Bournemouth and Palace.Spijed wrote:Of the remaining fixtures, Southampton certainly won't.

(Can't remember how many Hull brought. I suspect there were quite a lot empty that day.)
Stoke and WBA usually bring a lot don't they? (I note that Stoke's average away following is not far below 2,000, and Burnley is one of their shortest journeys,so they should sell-out I expect).
Not sure what impact being PL Champions will have had on the Leicester away support. Certainly their away form is not great at present.

True - but how many home games have we sold-out the home end so far? Also - if our home form remains good then all fixtures will be attractive.

More away fans are coming here than we are taking away at a guess.

Re: 2017/18 season ticket prices to be announced next week
Having now done a bit of research, I find to my surprise that the two smallest away followings at Turf Moor this season were Swansea and Hull, (both below 1,400).
Watford and Bournemouth were both just a couple of dozen over 1,400, (so a decent effort from Watford on a Monday night).
Palace was just over 1,500.
I think it's a near certainty that all away followings from now on - except Southampton, will be significantly higher than 1,500.
