Think i might have to keep tonight's recoding of motd permanently..... Still shocked at the praise heaped Diaesh and the team.

Gullit's analysis of how we threatened Chelsea up front is interesting - more detail on it here

Clutching at air with Bradys free kick which didn't involve the pitch much!!!

Hull.

Well and truly shafted by arsenal.

It's said that Burnley punch above our weight.

Arsenal just punch the feckin ball in to cheat their way to 3points.

Disgraceful.

I've just seen Courtois' comments about our pitch not being very good which isn't an issue due our long ball style if play....

What a bell end

Courtois doesn't even come from a country that knows about grass, if he were from Holland his comments may have more validity...

He just doesn't like playing against teams who are bloody good at home.

Can't believe people are focussing on the negative ( albeit accurate) comments after we've had the most glowing review ever on MOTD.

We drew against Chelsea and we havd chances to go 2-1 up. This is good!

We can train and learn to finish teams off next time!

Bit worried about Gullit feeling up Keown's leg all the way through that.

Might have to go a bit Andre and tweet something that will come back to haunt me in 2021.

For the other big snooker fans amongst us, it was still a bit strange seeing Jason Mohammed present the highlights.

But they did do us well I thought.

Gullit's Dutch. They are relaxed about sexuality. Sexy football

Just about to watch the FULL highlights and no doubt in-depth analysis (and wholehearted praise) of Burnley`s fantastic and wonderfully exciting game against THE best team in the UK, the team which all the pundits were purring about with a frenzy after they humiliated Arsenal last weekend...BUT WAIT!!!!!! It`s Swansea vs Leicester first...................................................

Feel sorry for Ranieri. Watching Leicester (first half so far) is reminiscent of Rovers implosion after they bought the Premier League. The Foxes players don`t look like they give two hoots.

AWFUL highlights of our game BUT excellent analysis from Keown.

p.s. just started listening to 606 and Kelly `I only have this career because of my daddy` Cates and Ian Wright...their intro basically was `Chelsea were on a jolly and only came for a draw`. Idiots.

Keown had some very high praise for our manager and our team which was nice to hear. I like that he mentioned that we worked hard but also have some quality which I think is fair. Hard work can only take you so far so it's nice that is recognised. His overall analysis was excellent and it was far better than the usual MOTD of Danny Murphy having to quickly get a word of praise in at the end :) In fact, Keown said "maybe we don't shout enough about our English coaches" and that's probably true.

Gullit's analysis was pretty insightful as well actually. It amazes me that they spoke more of what Burnley were doing right rather than what Chelsea were doing wrong and it was a refreshing change.

There's a really good example as well of Boyd's tracking back and how essential it is for us. I know many feel he can do more in an attacking sense (and that's probably justified) but he more than makes up for any deficiencies there with his hard work. He is the epitomy of Dyche's mantra of the minimum we can do is give maximum effort.

According to Ruud Gullit Leicester should have sold all of their star players that had helped to win them the title because "that is what championship winning teams do."

But, surely, weren't Costa and Hazard starring for Chelsea the last time that they won the title under Mourinho?

You have to laugh at some of the posts on this thread, particularly those posted before MOTD started..the negativity, the whining, the moaning about what a krap deal we were going to get from 'the programme that hates us' yet again..they could hardly have been more fulsome in their praise, more supportive, more fair..( not for the first time..)
Get over yourselves and have some humble pie for lunch.

Agreed - no respect at all. He is more likely miffed no doubt because Chelsea hadn't, until yesterday, conceded a direct free kick since 2013 - take a bow Mr Brady!

I wince when the goalscorer slides on his knees, digging his boots into the pitch surface, leaving 2 deep long gouges. My kids have started to copy it ruining my once perfect garden :x

I prefer Jason Mohammed to Lineker now that the latter has become a caricature of himself. Martin KUONI is always good, even can be critical of Arsenal. Danny Murphy and Kuoni make a good, sensible combination. Please, BBC get rid of Wright and Shearer.

This board seems to have become a collective whinge-fest in general. The same people continually whinging will happily sing "No-one likes us, we don't care" (if they actually go on the Turf that is). Really tiresome now.

COBBLERS !!!

just because for once One solitary ex player was complimentary in a programme that had just 2 games to cover, doesn't mean a thing.

Its on every week and the usual pundits are useless.
