Correct. Some areas of the world are more attractive to live in.....wealthier, greener landscapes / better crop areas, good governments, and those with social security.
So, given the UK has always been popular attracting immigration, we should perhaps expect the UK population to double to around 120 million.

I saw an article that showed cow farts contribute 10times as much greenhouse gases than all industry, rotting vegetation creates 10 times as much as the cows, and evaporation of the oceans 10 times as much again.
