Daz Bentley commenting on ClaretsPlayer that you kind of know what type of person a new signing is before even meeting them (referring to Chris Wood). That's down to Dyche being careful who he brings into this group. We can't underestimate how important that is and when (God forbid) Dyche leaves, I hope we look for a manager who believes in that too.

Saxoman wrote:Genuinely no. Its a competition that should mean a lot more to you lads as you could realistically win it, as rovers did as a prem side. For Rovers now, you know our situation, we get out of league one or its big big trouble. This game is very low on our priority list.

I'm sure you find other rovers fans that feel as you'd like them to though! :)
Fair enough Saxo. The cup means next to nothing to me, unfortunately. I still very much enjoy the FA Cup though. Mind you, I'd still be happy enough if we won this cup :) But to me, today is all about extending that unbeaten run versus Rovers!

that was really nasty for Walters as his studs stuck in the ground and he shifted a couple of inches sideways

We're getting outplayed and cannot hold possession. It's hoofball at its finest.

Not sure what you're asking, Saxo. If Burnley play to win? Or Rovers? I imagine both want to win this game. Not sure if I've misread your post.

Hard to say. I get the impression Dyche isn't that arsed about cup games though he says he wants to win every game so that's fair enough. I think he just knows how much more important the league is for the future of clubs nowadays.
