Because it's normal for views to be exchanged on public forums. Plus I'm defending one of my favourite all-time clarets!

Why does he need defending? did somebody say something bad about him? or did someone say someone else could say something bad about him? you're arguing with yourself at this point.

It’s all horsesh1t tbh, there’s very little fitness difference in ANY of the prem or champ clubs .Sure some have far more in the way of nutritionists and conditioning coaches , masseuses , sports scientists etc but the heart and lung capacity is literally a fag paper apart . Even lower 2 divisions it’s very slight.

You’ll hardly ever see a team not running hard all match and I can’t say we looked better or worse than any side physically last 2 seasons . Cardio work at top level football is literally generic across the world .Any club will
Occasionally have players a tad overweight or needing more work for one reason or another .Fitness in the modern game is remarkable .

Of course, he could be telling the absolute truth as he sees it, but that doesn't suit some people on here.

Dyche has said that he steps back at training on purpose, so that the players don't get fed up of the same voice, therefore having more of an impact during a game when he's trying to get instructions to the players

Gerrards just taken over. It’d be abit weird if he wasn’t taking the sessions himself. I’m pretty sure Sean would have when he first arrived and stepped back over time. Arfields just making a comparison.

Sean obviously trusts his staff and players. It wouldn't surprise me if our players themselves put on their own sessions.
