No disrespect, but Martinez won the tactical battle against Brazil, he lost this one.
We adapted our team to a lesser opponent instead of playing to our own strengths. Dembele had a bad game and should have been brought off at half time. Still, after the goal we didn't create enough...
Shame, on the other hand the chances are increasing for football to really come home ;)

For all De Bruyne’s greatness he doesn’t half give a lot of simple passes to the opposition. Also, is it just me that doesn’t see what the fuss is with Griezmann?

Still, two very good sides on display tonight and if England overcome a tough test tomorrow they’ll have a hell of a task on their hands beating the French.

France were excellent. Only watched them once before in this world Cup and I immediately tipped them to win it. Strong and well organised
