We played Wolves midweek 7 and a half years ago at home on Valentine’s Day so has s similar dilemma. I decided that I would take her out for the evening for something to eat and and an evenings entertainment. Obviously being eager to impress I took her for a BFC special butty from the place next to park view and then to the match, only when it came to pay I realised I’d left my wallet at home so she had to pay for both!! You may think this is not good advice but we’ve been married for 5 years now and have 2 boys!! Haha

Rushed the dinner, went to the pub, watched the game. Wish I hadnt bothered haha.
