West Ham and teams like that bang on about quality of football etc but they are perennial strugglers. It is about winning when u get into the prem and nothing else. It is also not a coincidence that our unattractive football of the last 20-30 games (as you suggest) equates to when our best 2 players are missing....Top Claret wrote:Reading comments on this board, the supporters aren't turning on the players just the manager. 1st half of last season so an improvement with better ball retention but the last 20-30 games the quality on the whole has been poor and not what you would expect from a Premier league side.
If any other club in the Premier league took Dyche on as there manager I can guarantee that there fans would riot
If you take Hazard out of the Chelsea team or Salah out of Liverpool you may see a difference to an extent. Bear in mind that Defour is our David Silva....
