That’s your name - does anyone call you John ?
T-it
Ok this is a quote from his Icelandic manager after he got injured in the World Cup
"It is very unlikely that Joey will play. But he's getting better every day, and is in good hands," Hallgrimsson said, adding that the Burnley player would be replaced by Olafur Skulason if he doesn't make it.
Now go away and troll someone else

I've heard him called much worse than that by some of our fans!

Now we are back on topic I can confirm that the unrest in the squad is because Dyche was looking to leave in the summer. It fell through but the players were aware and felt betrayed. Not sure theres a way back with a lot of this squad

Considering the owner wanted Marco Silva, which was well reported in the press, why would they approach Dyche?

About as credible as his other recent pearler:
Devils_Advocate wrote:Nope ive just heard about Dyche changing something in his personal life that is tied to his job at Burnley that could indicate he is moving on. Not heard anything about the cause and the source isnt someone I know personally so is pretty unsubstantiated. Could be rubbish but no harm in sharing thats what messageboards are here for
Agenda driven rubbish.

It probably didn't help but I don't think the blame can be put entirely on this situation cos we all know that Dyche is generally rubbish at transfer windows at the best of times

Btw, if what you say is true about SD wanting to leave, or there being unrest, how come none of it has leaked out into the media as it would have been a good story, with us being a team in the PL.

Jesus wept what ive said on here is a load of rubbish. This whole thread is nonsense so I just joined in and I don't think it is too difficult to see I was just messing about. I cant believe a couple of you took my post seriously enough to respond this morning but then again with the obsessiveness on this board I shouldn't be too surprised.

Joey?
Johan or Berg or JB or JBG are the only calls I've heard since he's been here.
Someone once phoned TalkSport and said a bloke behind him at OT referred to Ryan Giggs as Giggo so I suppose...

Have you got the link for the quote ?
In the 2 reports I have just seen from their manager (which are identical quotes from different reporters)....the quote is exactly as you say above other than it says “he” and not Joey.

What EL chaos was that. Do you mean the European competition we qualified for and then half the fans (and Dyche) didn't seem to want? If there is any discontent it is because Dyche dropped 75% of the players that got us there for the games themselves.
Yes we have injuries but so do other clubs.
The PL is no tougher than any other top flight league for the teams that are in it. If we were a small Dutch club, or French or German etc the top flight would be just as difficult for us relatively speaking.
