Re: Vydra
I thought he was terrible. Poor touch, featherweight in the tackle and poor positional sense apart from the 2 penalty incidents. What he did add was an ability to fall over in the box, but not sure thats enough really. All 3 starters ahead of him deserve to be there.

Re: Vydra
His movement and thinking was miles ahead of Vokes, who as much as I like the guy lumbered and looked uninterested.Vydra Had some very nice touches and tried to spread the game but unfortunately they were often interrupted by his own players who weren’t checking what was going on around them (Hendrick especially). Let’s be fair a lot of our team underperformed and it’s unfair to say Vydra was poor on one performance.
Agree about the gloves though Wuss!!

Re: Vydra
It’s good to know our £10m striker did quite well in some (not all) posters eyes against League One Barnsley.
Our £5m striker is also doing pretty well in the Championship.

Re: Vydra
It’s interesting to see views that Vydra isn’t good enough despite him hardly featuring for half a season at a new club. Im assuming here that those with such a view hold a biased one based on the “in Dyche we trust” mantra.

It’s football they are supposed to be playing not It’s a Knockout!Longside4evr wrote: Dyche needs a settled side with his best players ready to jump through hoops for the duration of this campaign
We need players capable of fitting straight in and prepared to run through brick walls
