The handball wasn’t but haven’t seen anybody mention the Wilson charge into Mee, that left him injured after he headed wide. 100% for that one, made no attempt to play the ball.Woodleyclaret wrote:Another stonewall penalty for deliberate handball by Bournemouth ignored.

Re: MOTD
The handball was very similar to the one Wolves appeared for at Burnley (funnily enough against Barnes) the week before. Neither were penalties, although god knows if that rule will hold next season with VAR.Tricky Trevor wrote:The handball wasn’t but haven’t seen anybody mention the Wilson charge into Mee, that left him injured after he headed wide. 100% for that one, made no attempt to play the ball.
As it goes, I suspect them both not being penalties has worked out absolutely fine for us this week.

Re: MOTD
The difference between them was Barnes having his arm by his side but I think a penalty would have been very harsh.claretspice wrote:The handball was very similar to the one Wolves appeared for at Burnley (funnily enough against Barnes) the week before. Which is exactly why I don’t think it was a penalty, but it’s the reason refs will give those sort of penalties but not the Barnes and Ake ones. It’s wrong, but it’s the reason.claret wizard wrote:Try sliding along the ground feet first with your arms by your side.
