Joe hart is still a premier league quality goalkeeper but he needs to find the right club and also take a look at himself. Personally I think there has to be something with his personality, I remember in the home defeat against newcastle he constantly shouted at the defenders and anyone who got near him, nobody listened.
Contrast that to Heaton who is not as vocal but when he shouts at the defence , they clearly listen and relay messages between each other.
I think pep saw something in his attitude when he came in at city that he didn't like and that's why he quickly got rid of him (and appears to have been proven right.)

His personality is fine I'd go as far as saying exceptional and pep got rid because he's shite and we are looking to do the same thing for the same reason.
