Re: Where in Spain ?
Costa Adeje on Tenerife will still be warm and is a very pleasant place with lots of bars and restaurants. Two parts to it. Playa Fanabe will be cheaper to stay and is busier. Playa El Duque is more upmarket, white Sandy beach and is about 10-15 mins walk from Fanabe. There are so many hotels and apartments - just stay as close to sea as possible as that’s where most of the restaurants are
It’s about 20 minutes from the airport.
I don’t like Los Christianos or Playa las Americas- I find them a bit shabby. Others will disagree.

Re: Where in Spain ?
Spent a lot of time on main land Spain over the years and the weather is hit and miss. The only months you can guarantee decent weather are July and August
They have just had a good January with high temperatures but other times on the Costas it can be cold and wet.
If you want guaranteed wall to wall sunshine with temperatures in the low 20s all year round go to the Canaries, you can't beat the climate
