There’s a debate to be had for him or Taylor to be first choice but I’d certainly agree he looks a bargain.

I’m frequently critical of our transfer policy but for the money we paid this looks very astute.

Definitely a great buy at the price. We needed left back cover and now we have it. I'll trust Dyche on whether it's Pieters or Taylor even though I'm another who thinks Charlie must be feeling a bit hard done by after his massive progress last season.

Both good players bargain basement buys.im sure Sean dyche and the staff know what's best at this moment in time.

Never that simple. If a player gets injured and is out for a few days which happens to mean he misses a match, then the manager sits the other player down and tells him straight - he'll come in for a game.

Also, depends on position, morale, form, opposition... it's never that straightforward. This is why sometimes players have come straight in and kept their place and some haven't.
