Hopefully the new chairman will be onto these sort of deficiencies and improve them.
Doubt it. The stats say the wrappings fine and the postman collects on time. Sorted!

In response to asking the club for some indication as to when people will be able to use their points and vouchers in the online shop, we've received this reply -

This is on the club’s roadmap for development, and indeed has been since last year. Just to put it in context a little, the increasing seriousness of the COVID pandemic meant that the club’s focus had to change from any online retail improvements to (what was) a mandatory upgrade and overhaul of the entire ticketing system and access control of the stadium, currently this is at an advanced stage.
The club has now set it’s focus back on the online retail system, indeed the new ownership of the club are also looking at ensuring this project of improvement, which will include online redemption of points, will be a top priority and accelerated. While I / Club can’t give and exact time frame I hope this offers some reassurance that this is ongoing, outlines the reasons about why that development hasn’t occurred so far, but also gives some reassurance that it is certainly a priority for the near future.
A little bit wordy but nice to get an update. Adding dates (even non committal such as 'sorted by the end of Summer') gives some assurance it is actually happening. Otherwise it just sounds a little vague.

Anyway, let's give them the benefit of doubt and hope it's sorted soon enough.

I.e: It's at the very bottom of a "strategic dynamic priorty list" on a whiteboard, in a small office in the Bob Lord called the 'innovation & creation centre'. Which nobody has had sight of since everyone was made to work from home 11 months ago...

But how do we know it says 'Love Bet'. Maybe we've all been duped and it says 'Owen Coyle is God'.
