My brothers season ticket "On-Account" was not an on line account ... because his season ticket money was on his "Season ticket account" which I accessed quite easily converting it into his 2021/22 season ticket as I did with mine...
The Club as far as I am aware have "NOT" been creating hundreds of "Online accounts" that customers cannot access just holding the funds "on-account" ... in stating that they are people are muddying already cloudy waters
I wasn't aware of it either..... But what do I know? Apparently its been mentioned time and time again

I think people see the words "on account" and assume what it means ...
Everyone with a season ticket has an account with BFC and thats the account "on account" refers to

If you see Tonys posts he's actually saying these accounts have been set up, and letters sent to those supporters concerned..... And that's where I'll leave it
