McNeil had a poor start to the season but once Dyche went he improved dramatically, he'd be a standout player in the championship it'd do his confidence the world of good he can try new things and develop without being against top opposition.
Feel sorry for him with the abuse he gets, Dyche coached it all out of him and made him negative which isn't his style

McNeil will be the best attacking player in this division, really hope he stays.

It is but as I say above, stats do not measure qualitative variables such as quality and effectiveness. You only have to switch off once or twice in a game and all the hard running and pressing is undone.

But the point I make is about stats and not Mc Neil, who is a super talent and a credit to himself and to the club.
