Re: Season ticket cards
All ours (5 cards over 4 homes) have now arrived. All separately on different days
Re: Season ticket cards
Chatting with a fellow Claret in the Post Office in LP this morning, he is still waiting for his season card to arrive... he asked me for a number to ring so gave him the tkt office number ...
He whatsappped me this afternoon that they were very busy apparently and were going to ring him back later ... he'd heard nowt by 5.30pm.
So I screen shotted some posts from on here and he is going to wait a couple of days and see.

LP is that Lower Peover ?
Re: Season ticket cards
I went to collect my Huddersfield tickets and that wasn’t the message that they were giving a customer. All haven’t been dispatched yet according to the staff member and I actually spotted another packing them in envelopes in the office at the side.claretburns wrote: ↑Tue Jul 26, 2022 3:12 pmClub shared on social media yesterday that all new cards have been despatched and should be delivered by the end of this week.
Can’t be helpful for the ticket office staff when information is given out on social media that isn’t the case. Must be so frustrating.

Re: Season ticket cards
I emailed the ticket office today, as my daughter's new card hasn't arrived yet.claretburns wrote: ↑Tue Jul 26, 2022 3:12 pmClub shared on social media yesterday that all new cards have been despatched and should be delivered by the end of this week.
I received the following response:

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your email.
We are still in the process of sending out season cards.
These have been sent out in random batches and in no particular order.
If you do not receive your new season card 48 hours before our first home game, please get in touch.
Kind regards,
Ticketing Team

Surely there must be some order applied to their dispatch? That reply doesn't exactly inspire you with confidence!

Re: Season ticket cards
If they're anything like the Huddersfield tickets they've been sent to random addresses.
Re: Season ticket cards
Got a letter this morning telling me who I am , my Clarets number, and my seat
Informing me that I needed to use my last seasons card to gain access on match days.
It also tells me that as of next season BFC is looking at sourcing "eco-friendly alternatives" to season cards for fans renewing for the 2023/24 season.
"Eco Friendly Alternatives" wtf will they be

Maybe some new invention like, say, a book of tear-out paper tickets that can be recycled?Bosscat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 1:51 pmGot a letter this morning telling me who I am , my Clarets number, and my seat![]()

Using the same, already issued, plastic cards for several more seasons could be deemed to be eco friendly.Bosscat wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 1:51 pmGot a letter this morning telling me who I am , my Clarets number, and my seat![]()

Re: Season ticket cards
I’ve never understood why we need to change them every 2 years.gawthorpe_view wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 4:29 pmUsing the same, already issued, plastic cards for several more seasons could be deemed to be eco friendly.
In 3 years we could have 3 new cards
We got reissued new ones last year with the new design
Have changed seats for this season so new cards again
Next season would be another new design so another new card.
Just stick with one design and upload the details onto like it is possible for the cup games.
Even if you change seats, the new details would be able to be added

Re: Season ticket cards
’ Season Ticket holders and One Hotspur Member’s under the age of 18 who do not have a compatible mobile device can now submit a request for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to enter the Stadium.
Supporters who don’t own a mobile device would not be turned away from Turf Moor if digital tickets were implemented. I think you know that.
Re: Season ticket cards
I make a jokey post about a letter I received from BFC and it turns into an argument ... Don'tcha just love this board

Re: Season ticket cards
Two of ours still haven't arrived, I emailed the ticket office and got the following response
Hello Shaun,
Thank you for your email.
Final lot of season tickets were sent the back end of last week so should be with you by now really. Would you like me to reprint and either resend out to you or organise for you to collect before the game on Saturday?
Please note only new season ticket holders and anyone's who's details have changed will be getting a new card. Renewing season ticket's are to use the same card as last year.

Re: Season ticket cards
No, I don't know that. You may be utterly certain that there is no way Burnley FC would follow the lines of other sports clubs (Chicago Cubs, for one) in totally refusing non-electronic entries, or others (Milwaukee Brewers and Brighton & Hove Albion) using paper tickets. (Brighton charge £2.50 to let you print a ticket at home, which I suppose is not quite the same as turning them away, but it certainly isn't encouraging them to come.)Rileybobs wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 6:46 pm’ Season Ticket holders and One Hotspur Member’s under the age of 18 who do not have a compatible mobile device can now submit a request for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to enter the Stadium.
