Muric - 7 - no chance with either goal and couple of key stops

Vitinho - 4 - big fan of his but he was poor both ends of the pitch
THB - 5 - a strange one. Some great cross field balls but defensively not at at his best
Beyer - 6 - stuck at it
Maatsen - 6 - see Bayer

Cork - 8* - just seemed to be right place right time all night
Brownhill - 6 - got up and down pitch all night
JBG - 7 - thought he was unlucky to be hooked. Passing and retention of the ball was much better than some of his colleagues

Tella - 5 - just didn't work for him - he's allowed one!
Jay - 6 - playing deeper, links play well
Zaroury - 6 - kept going but not as effective as of late

Benson - 8 - the confidence is just oozing from him at the moment
Dervisoglu - 7 - the goal may be the kick start - the lad looks to have good movement and touch
Roberts - 6 - brought energy
Barnes - 6 - thought he looked decent when he came on

Limbs everywhere in the stands during extra time - talk about playing to the end. Fabulous to watch

Came off thinking that we'd been a bit lucky to win it, but the stats are so overwhelmingly in our favour I think that was a bit harsh

We certainly weren't at our best, too sloppy with the ball and our covering wasn't up its usual standards, but Rotherham essentially gave our wide men all the time in the world and it was only the final ball and some crap finishing/touches that stopped us scoring more

Bringing on Roberts was absolutely key though, Vitinho was having a shocker and that enabled Benson to link up with Roberts after they went down to 10 and it was just a matter of time

Talking of time, I thought Reading time wasted, but the new world record set by Rotherham is unlikely ever to be beaten, and it is supremely satisfying that in both our last games, the time wasting tactic has blown up in their faces

No doubt about it though, we can score for fun at the moment and its one hell of a ride

Muric 7 - good stop and no chance with either goal
Vitinho 5 - poor at both ends of the pitch, dreadful pass for their second
THB 5 - bit iffy and does seem to struggle against the big strikers
Beyer 6 - initially thought he was at fault for the 2nd, but it was just a really good finish in exactly the right place
Maatsen 5 - Look, he's great going forwards and has a nice range of passing, but his defending is nowhere near good enough
JBG 6 - Great pass for the equalizer, probably should have won the ball just before their first though
Brownhill 6 - stupid booking, I mean, really stupid but ok otherwise
Cork 7 - kept us ticking over but closed down really well at times
Tella 5 - needs a rest, only did one thing right all night
Jay 5 - another one who needs a rest
Zaurory 7 - started slowly, but by the end their No 10 had been completely broken by him. Nice quality on the balls in, especially 2nd half

Subs
Roberts 7 - made a huge impact
Benson 8* - have to make him MOM because his great equaliser and work the winner. A special super sub at the moment
Barnes 6 - signs that he might be getting back to an acceptable standard
Dervislogu 7 - right place, right time

Superb entertainment but rather wearing on the nerves

The last twelve days and four games have seen some serious entertaining games and long may it continue!
