It will depend if it's on TV in Spain or not. You can find out who has the rights to show Championship games in Spain and check their schedule, or you can check liveonsat.com or wait for the club to announce on the website where and where not you can stream the game the day before.

There’s no La Liga on that night so he’ll probably be able to get it on in a bar.

If not make sure he’s connected to Wi-Fi if he buys on clarets plus - your phone still shows as English if you buy the clarets plus package abroad if you’re on mobile data if you’re travelling from England and staying there.

I wish they'd sort out the website and Clarets +. It took me a lot of attempts on different devices just to get anything to actually click. This was last summer when I was in Japan planning to come back over and trying to buy tickets. Very frustrating. I tried using the standard connection and also a VPN, but in the end it only worked on my phone. On the Burnley FC app, the videos play fine but any news items I get the message "could not load data at this time". So not sure how to purchase a stream is possible or even whether I'd trust it to work at all.
