Blacklaw, Stevenson, Heaton.......we've been blessed over the years but McDonald was exceptional.
Couldn’t agree more…McDonald certainly was exceptional with Blacklaw not all that far behind in the days when goalkeepers weren’t protected by referees like they are now.

Just on the basis of being a GK and not playing out from the back I would say Pope was the best .
