Been out since early Jan I believe-does he not need some gametime with the U-21's before being thrown in

I’m not sure that you’ve got that right?

Assuming Jay is fit he has a skill set and talent that is good enough to put him in contention for a place in the squad. Obviously his age and other issues regarding next season’s plans could affect his selection for these last few games.

I'd love to see him on the bench vs Rovers, even if he's only 70% fit. In the perfect world we're 2-0 in front with 10 minutes to go and he gets an Ewood cameo we can all enjoy.

He's been poor since very early on in the season after his early season goal splurge.
He looked miles off it Saturday too.
Foster offers more.than Jay now. Obafemi deserves a start now to see.what he can do down the middle with Foster off the bench. Barnes and Jay need to be 3rd and 4th choice until the summer
