Re: City Tickets
I have emailed the ticket office and they are updating the website next week with all the ticket exchange details.

Re: City Tickets
Seems to be working - just logged in with my normal ticket account details and it took me straight to a ticket exchange page for my city ticket (and I have my ST in the CFS)

Re: City Tickets
Yes but there is no explanation of what the process is, the ticket office say all the information about it will be posted on the official website next week.

Re: City Tickets
Agreed - this is potentially great news for me - living on the South coast makes it difficult to get to many games so this option would be very helpful!

Re: City Tickets
My only worry being if they judge you to have missed too many games, do they potentially refuse renewal?Hantsclaret wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 2:51 pmAgreed - this is potentially great news for me - living on the South coast makes it difficult to get to many games so this option would be very helpful!

Re: City Tickets
I'm just a cynic after seeing that they ask for a "reason for not attending"

Re: City Tickets
Asked this via Twitter anyway. Curious to see their reply.

Question re: the Ticket Exchange programme. Is there a threshold where you may penalise a ST holder if they trade in what you see as "Too Many" games?
Also could there be an option to send friends with a Clarets Number a QR code to use the ticket instead?

Re: City Tickets
Would snap your hand off to get two of those from you YC. If there's any chance, I could give you my email to sort out payment/pick up logistics.yorkshireclaret wrote: ↑Fri Jul 07, 2023 7:48 amI have 3 in the CFS available as we are away on holiday. I was awaiting details on the ticket exchange system although there doesn't seem to be any information about it on the clubs official website.
My worry is with the Ticket Exchange, if the tickets just go straight back on general sale on the official website as and when they are returned, the time difference would mean I miss out again if they are snapped up quickly (I'm 6 hours behind so not ideal for this type of thing). So finding something on here or Twitter may be my best bet.

Re: City Tickets
Ticket Exchange details are up now - seems like CFS tickets are NOT included - seems bizarre to me as surely it would be better to have this managed than people just selling them on to anyone?

Honestly its probably sensible. Your one off punter might expect to be able to sit down, use the loo, get a pint.....Hantsclaret wrote: ↑Mon Jul 10, 2023 2:56 pmTicket Exchange details are up now - seems like CFS tickets are NOT included - seems bizarre to me as surely it would be better to have this managed than people just selling them on to anyone?

Re: City Tickets
I'm a STH in BLS.
If there's an adult in BLS not using their ST for first game (hols or whatever) I'd love to purchase for daughter for 1/19 of ST cost.
Payment in whatever way suits... I'll be up in Lancs from next Thursday.

Re: City Tickets
When someone returns their ticket for a game using the Ticket Exchange, does their seat immediately appear as available on the ticketing website for that fixture? Still new to all this, sorry.
