Get someone to stand on the shower drain to create a seal then keep plunging the wc with a mop, the shower is obviously reducing the seal you need to create for the rodding to be successful. Failing that buy a decent plunger.

I’ve had it rodded and it did put a big smile on my face, seeing the man came and put his powerful jet in my pipe , the toilet ow flushes properly

If anybody needs their soil pipe rodding in the future I know the man for the job! Very professional and explained everything to me before he slid his tool into my pipe.

Look, one of the first lessons I learned about keeping pipes clear is never to do a dump in the sink.

The plumber has been and he changed the trap under the sink he says it shouldn’t have a bottle trap under a kitchen sink! This house is a new build and they have fit the wrong trap apparently!
