Starter: Pan seared Scallops with crispy pancetta, salad leaves & a garlic, parsley butter dressing.
Main: Lamb rump, red wine & port sauce, potato rosti and fine beans.
Dessert: Anything similar to an Eton Mess.
Then a sneaky liqueur coffee

Some chippies might do what you say, but by no means all.
I doubt that. Unless you’re standing waiting for 20/30 minutes.

At home:
Smoked salmon with horseradish sauce and a slice of lemon.
Stir fried chicken, noodles and vegetables in a Hoi Sin sauce.
Goats cheese and biscuits with a glass of Rioja.
Restaurant:
Honeydew melon with Serrano ham.
Whole grilled Dover sole with a medley of seasonal vegetables and a glass of New Zealand Sauvignon blanc.
