Lazily tracking back for their third? If you're referring to Brownhill he was well in our box when the cross came over that I think O'Shea headed to the Brentford player 25 yards out.
From what I saw he was yes, which resulted in him being out of position to close down the Brentford player. Credit he got closest to blocking it but I think if he was in the right position he stops that 10/10 times.
It’s not the end of the world as we would have lost regardless, just something I noticed

But how was he lazily tracking back when he was in our own box?

Rubbish. It's a shite header from O Shea, Brownhill is actually in the box trying to defend the cross and hasoads of ground to make up to close the shot. Your continual hounding of Brownhill is bizarre

Let me get this straight
Brownhill managed to get back to defend the cross but you think instead of being in the area he should be marking someone stood on the edge of the box 25 yards from goal just in case one of his team mates makes a poor clearance to him and he happens to smash it in the top corner ?
Do you also think Brownhill is responsible for the Middle East crisis ?

Can’t vote as I didn’t see it all, but one brief observation on Tresor’s stats given the really low marks above.
He had as many key passes (2) as any of our players, only 1 less than any Brentford player, had a shot of his own too. His pass success rate was 80% and he made more crosses than any player including Brentfords (maybe dead balls influence that?). He was also playing on his unnatural side.
Just think the new lad needs a bit of support and I sense he doesn’t have much.
Believe me ...I was there..... Ignore any stats he did nothing of any significance in that game.
I was amazed he came out for the 2nd half.
Oderbert was slightly more of a threat imo.
Koleosho did more in the first minute of the 2nd half than the pair of them.

Yes a shocking header under no real pressure and picked out the unmarked player. (Yes he should have been marked and closed down, but O'Shea should have done much better)

I’m struggling to think of a worse performance from us in the Premier League.
Burnley 1 Man City 6 2010?

Burnley 0-4 Leeds 2021 (walking football against a newly promoted team who destroyed us)
Burnley 1-6 Man City 2010 (Kev Mac went for a pint)
Sheffield Utd 3-0 Burnley 2019 (absolutely abysmal)
Spurs 5-0 Burnley 2019 (the one where Son ran through our entire team)
Burnley 1-5 Everton 2018 (crikey)
Just off the top of my head but hopefully some of those refresh the memory CT!

That Leeds/Sheff U was the worst of Dyche's PL tenure with us imo.
If memory serves me right that Everton 1-5 loss at home was with Heart in net and it was a proper freak result.
Interestingly, the 1-6 City I was in a way proud of the lads for coming out second half bagging a goal and sticking to task. Was also the introdction of a certain Jack Cork who i thought was great since debut. They absolutely dicked us in that first 20 minutes though; haven't seen an onslaught like it - Tevez, Bellamy and Adebayor running riot.
Interestingly VK also bagged that day! Who'd have thought 12+ years later Cork would be here and VK and Bellamy would make up our management team...

One of the worst I've seen wasn't a defeat but my God we were woeful
Home to West Brom in 2020/21. They played an hour with ten men. Both teams were chronic but somehow or other the Baggies managed to spurn a glut of chances at the end (Matheus Pereira).
