Football is just a very emotive subject, whichever stance you wish to take.
When you feel strongly about a football subject, it is sometimes difficult to appreciate an opposing point of view, especially when it comes with abusive comments towards individuals, players, managers, owners or supporters.
For me, the abusive comments alone are enough to rattle my cage.

I find if you follow these simple guidelines you are spared most of these goons
Stick to the following section rather than for you
Never search twitterclarets
If you see anyone who claims - football writer, data analyst, stat guru and they follow you block them
