Just checked mine & I'm in the cricketfield stand, 5 points were manually added on the 1st Sept to my account, so it is quite possibly human error why you haven't received them? Contact the club.
The thing is, it shouldn’t be “human error” it should be done automatically.

It shouldn’t be down to little Jimmy the on work experience to manually add all the points onto the system, just like it shouldn’t need them to manually add the extra blocks of tickets to the system for away games.

We may be Premier League, but some of the processes we have are worse than non-league

Did you check his points total through friends & family?

And despite what they might say, his call was not important to them at all, the lack of responses from calls and emails is shocking.
Yeah then got him to check on his own account and both had same number of points

Were they specifically added for the Sunderland game?

Oddly been able to get all 4 tickets this morning just after 8am, either they have put the 1750 level on sale early or amended his account.

I am in the CFS. I had to ring to get my points manually added. The young man who I spoke to initially told me that they were not awarding 5 points for attending home games. When I gave him a friends clarets number who had been awarded the points he then questioned if I had attended. Eventually he conceded and manually put the points on for both my son and I. I did question if it was due to not having a season ticket card and doing via QR code he said it wasn't but it does look a bit odd that its the stand with no cards that are having the issue with loyalty points.

You were initially told that they were not awarding 5 points for attending home games when the club had already confirmed that. Left & right hand situation again.

It’s a crazy place at the moment. Having to use a friends clarets number to prove it as well and then being asked are you sure you went on the game. I have a feeling I am going to have to ring again after the Liverpool game as well. Will be following this thread when points are updated for others.

To gain loyalty points will the digital season ticket
with the QR code work or do you have to download
each individual game QR code.
Rang the ticket office but didn’t get a definitive answer

I used my virtual season card for Sunderland and it added the 5 points (NU Stand)

Thanks.
I sold my Sunderland ticket on the ticket exchange,
I haven’t received 5 points yet.
The lady at the ticket office said they haven’t got round
to sorting all the Sunderland points yet.

They allocated points for the first of the U21 games on the Turf last season but none for subsequent games. I was told they'd been allocated in error for the one when we did receive points.
Just had confirmation that 5 points are awarded for attendance at U21 and Women's games which takes place at the Turf.

Why do i suspect that one IT student with a rudimentary knowledge of Python could pretty much resolve most of the ticket office process issues?

I went in last week and they said there would be no points for these games and I haven’t got any.

I just got the info in an email from the TO, as per below -

There will be 5 points added for attendance of both the Womens games, and u21's games when they are played at Turf Moor.

It appears like there’s no forethought given to these matters by officials within the club and/or inadequate communication, including amongst staff. The club seems to be perpetually reacting rather than actioning what’s been planned. No wonder the word “shambles” is being frequently used by so many of the club’s customers

Just received this from the TO with regard to my query about CFS members possibly not receiving 5 points for attending home games -

CFS Season Ticket holder should also receive the points. Anyone who hasn't needs to let us know and we can take a look at their account for them.

Not had my 5 points for attending last Sunday yet
Maybe they'll be added along with the 5 for Forest.

Not had the last 2 games added, noticed some missing from last season too.

Also missing games where I have bought tickets for family.

If you bought tickets for family you'd only get points if one of the tickets was purchased under your number.

Club said you don’t get points for purchasing tickets for single home games from this season.

The points allocation is as follows:

Season Ticket purchase - 350 points
Away match tickets - 20 points per match
Home match attendance (Season Ticket holders only) - 5 points per game attended
Buying a single home ticket no longer earns points.

Because the Club consider that if you aren't a ST holder , points are no good to you anyway.
