To put people’s minds at rest on the block numbers, City have changed them this season and the levels are now 0,1 & 3 whereas previously they had been 1,2 & 3.

Just had this confirmed by Man City. As stated above, the tier numbering has been changed this season but seating plans available on the internet are all still showing the old tier numbers. Apparently, the new block starting with a 2 is for hospitality.

Just had a look and it seems the club have not updated the online ticket site. Still showing season ticket holders only.

Mentioned the issue regarding saying a season ticket is needed to buy tickets. Said they have had general sales through the website today.

I really don’t like to criticise where I have no knowledge in the job or how to operate a system but it’s just not right that Leisure has had to contact them for them to realise the mistake some 5/6 hours after going on sale this morning.

I went through the process of trying to get one for a non season ticket holder around 3 this afternoon and it wouldn’t allow it. It is now though so it was after 3 and not all day.
