A performance devoid of energy and any urgency even when we got it back to 2.1. Parker needs to start our best players and change formation if we are to stay up. Absolutely no idea how Broja and Larsen got on the pitch ahead of Fleming and Edwards.

Re: Aston Villa v Burnley - Player Ratings
Dubravka 8 although one or two saves were for the camera
Walker 5 still thinks he has City's quality around him
Esteve 6 from our position thought he should have prevented their first goal
Tuanzebe 6 Thought he coped well against quick forwards
Hartmann 6 Started very brightly
Tchaouma 3 offered nothing in either half
Cullen 7 Competed well
Laurent 3 Hopelessly ineffective
Florentino 7 Worked hard
Anthony 4 bad day at the office
Foster 3
Ugochukwu 7 affected the game
Bruun Larsen 4
Broja 3 oh dear, what have we done?

From TV
Dubravka. 9
Walker 5
Esteve. 5
Tuanzebe 5
Hartmann 5
Tchaouma 4
Cullen. 5
Laurent. 4
Florentino 7
Anthony. 4
Foster. 4
Broja. 3
Ugochukwu 7
Bruun Larsen 4
Could have been 5 or 6 but for Dubravaka who was outstanding and clear man of match
How other players are getting votes is clearly people voting for their favourite player regardless of his performance imo

Re: Aston Villa v Burnley - Player Ratings
From TV live and then a replay (sucker for punishment:)
Dubravka - 8 Without him it would have been a big margin.
Walker - 6 Not at his best.
Esteve - 5 Not at his best but wrong formation.
Tuanzebe - 4 Not impressed.
Laurent - 6 Has been steady.
Hartman 6 Kept going and again the goal came from his assist.
Cullen - 6 Overwhelmed in midfield.
Florentino - 8 Excellent player. Calm, organised, skilful.
Anthony - 5 Poor today. He can't control a tight ball. Loses the ball too often.
Tchaouna - 4 Not impressed.
Foster - 5 Seems on the edge of a breakthrough but skill is lacking.
Broja - 4 Why on earth did we pay lots of money for him?
Brunn Larsen - 4 Useless. Why keep bringing him on?
Uguchuwku - 6 He should start.
Very disappointed with that effort. Apart from the opening 20 minutes we looked slow and lethargic. Villa were only at half pace too. We need to keep it tight instead of the high press away from home as we were caught too easily on the break and left big gaps that left Esteve isolated. We hardly threatened at all. Try Edwardes instead of brunn Larson, who does nothing. If Broja is fit then he is useless - where's the effort? Need to lift our game against Leeds.
