Because history usually says when teams get relegated their better players move on, I’d be surprised if Berge especially is still a Burnley player this season

Everton’s midfield three was Onana, Gueye, Doucoure.

Not sure he gets even remotely close for starting for them.

Bournemouth I can see, probably gets in ahead of Cook.

Fulham midfield was Paulinho, Reed and Iwobi. I really don’t think he gets in that side either.

The club may need the cashflow as we still owe a significant amount on last summers' transfers and have substantially reduced incomings now that we're back in the second tier.

We'll have to sell players. If Newcastle are serious about Trafford then he'll go. I also think Berge will go. Paulinha will be leaving Fulham. I'm not saying Berge can replace him but who knows?

BURNLEY SUBMIT OFFER FOR CLERMONT’S MORY DIAW, NANTES IN THE RACE

Antoine Kombouaré has already publically confirmed that Alban Lafont (25) will be allowed to leave FC Nantes this summer. L’Équipe understands that Clermont Foot’s Mory Diaw (30) is being considered as a possible replacement, however, they may face competition from England.

Diaw, despite Clermont Foot’s relegation to Ligue 2, had another strong season in goal and it is expected that he won’t make the drop to France’s second tier. The Senegal international (two caps) is already garnering attention, notably from Nantes, who narrowly avoided relegation themselves.

The goalkeeper is valued at around €2m by Clermont, a very reasonable sum for an international-level goalkeeper. Les Canaris have already submitted Diaw a contract offer, which for now has been refused. He expects a higher off from the Breton club.

Dyche will want him. Everton need cheap signings (currently) and Charlie will be good cover for Mykolenko.

I mean it certainly fits the model but would seem a really strange signing unless we think either Odobert or Koleaosho are off this summer.

Watched him a few times this season, he has been Blackpool's best player whenever I have watched and their fans loved him.

The only issue is, he's 5ft 6in tall and one of the most lightweight players I've seen. Can't hold off a tackle to save his life, but he has got great feet, is very quick and can finish.

Looks like he's left footed which would mean he could play on the right which has been a bit of a problem area for us with Benson not playing, JBG only starting a handful of games and the likes of Koleosho, Odobert and JBL better suited to playing on the left.

Know nothing about him so just watched a video. Obviously a talented player but he looks like a 16 year old. I’d have hoped ALK would’ve learned something about the Premier League last season and the physicality it requires just to complete.

I’d hope if there’s any truth in this it’s very much in the development category.

30 though and his goalkeeping is questionable. Very agile, makes good reflex saves but a lot look like they should be simple saves that he pats back out in to danger.

Video I saw was from season before last though so maybe improved last season.

If we’re buying him I’m praying we’re keeping Muric and he’d be coming in as #2.

Yes he certainly seems to fit the ALK model. But it looks like there’s clubs from all over after him. So doubt we will be able to attract him.
