You’re the kind of poster that means people who have genuine information don’t want to post. You take it that it must happen if it’s mentioned, and if it doesn’t come off, that poster is a liar.
I was right for over a year about Trafford, but Newcastle almost ruined that, as did Chelsea.
We did have Ortega, Bobb (loan) and Mactee (loan with obligation) on the table and still might have them.
We do have conversations with the red side of Manchester ongoing.
But you’d be amazed how many enquiries/intial chats lead to nothing, how many articles Tony will have written, including Driver, that he’s had to shelve or bin, and how players and agents release information to manipulate or manage the market.
Ease off the sarcasm and the moaning and let people post rumours!
You need to lighten up if you can’t sense the joke in the post, the poster that replied quoting the person who reckons they work for Burnley’s transfer funds in jersey clearly got it.
You keep doing you and posting everything you know, it’s appreciated. However it wouldn’t be possible for us to have both Bobb and McAtee on loan, which you’d assume your source would know that.

I thought the rules state you can’t have more than one loan from an English club?
That is certainly a rule

Just a daft joke, the table you linked to didn't even have a first choice striker.
Yeah, a whoosh returned to me. Well played.

To be fair he has mentioned 3 names there but not necessarily all on the table at the same time. As you’ve stated, it wouldn’t be possible so maybe just different options .

Can’t imagine we ever had a chance of McAtee, his price and demand are seemingly huge now

Wonder if we are looking at any off this list. I'd take Dewsbury Hall for sure

To be fair the initial comment about city was getting 3 players from Man City as part of the Trafford deal and they have now said the 3 names and claimed 2 on loan, which isn’t possible.
We had big Gaz say it was Ortega or Phillips who was talked about coming in return on loan, having previously Bobb being rumoured to coming on loan.

West Ham sniffing around Dewsbury-Hall. They want £30m for him. I can't understand why they signed him as he has played 13 times and is now being shipped out for the same price he was bought.

City turned down £25m from Forest yesterday, for McAtee. Way out of our target zone.

I'm hoping we are going to get the right players in before deadline day to improve the team and keep us in the Premier league and not banking on Foster to lead the line...

The Mount of four years ago would never have come within a million miles of playing for us. Class act, playing for England. The move to Newton Heath never worked and the injuries kicked in.
If, big if, he were to stay fit, he'd be excellent. One could only hope for a loan (but wages: reportedly on £10m per annum) and fewer injuries.
The number of games missed is frightening.

That was the latest rumour, though there was noise that he wanted to play in the PL still.
That article though is 2 days old, which is a lifetime in football.
Tomorrow is a new financial year, so I am expecting movement then.

Would be nice, I am expecting it to get closer to the end of the window as usual.
Read some comments by Moyes talking about Everton making signings and he said they had been turned down a lot this window and the theme was it was too early for players to be making a decision when they have options

Brownhill has gone, he has the right to choose what he wants and he has earned the right to do so.
He is doing what every single person does and doing what he feels is best for him, not sure it deserves the bitching.

Mason Mount was brilliant when he stopped DL v Derby .Since then his career has followed a Danny Drinkwater style dramatic downward fall
The dramatic downfall that has included a Champions League winners medal, Euro 2020 runners up medal, Uefa super up winners medal, FIFA club world cup medal and FA cup winners medal .
Do some people not engage in any thinking before they post on here.

Not sure. I heard well over a month ago that a massive offer from Leicester had come in, hence my guess on pg 58 he’d end up there.
No idea where his preferences lie now. I’d expect now he’s said his goodbyes we might find out soon.
